Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States. We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
We process and dispatch orders the same business day we receive them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. More remote areas may occasionally take slightly longer.
Tracking your order
As soon as your package leaves our facility, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time from the tracking section on the product page, or by signing in to your account.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, or the tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at within 7 days and we'll sort it out for you.
